SGM Notice

Tuesday 7th September -

The Hamilton Bridge Club has announced a SGM for 12.30pm 10 September 2024

The agenda for the meeting has 3 items -

☛ The Club requires a vote from the membership to progress the carpet
  replacement in the O'Neill and Richmond Rooms. The cost exceeds the amount
  threshold for a major transaction thus requiring a vote by the members for
  the project to proceed.

☛ The Club needs approval for its new treasurer (replacement) so they may vote at Committee and AGM meetings.

☛ Should the meeting on 10 September not produce a quorum then the meeting will be re-scheduled at 9.30 Friday.
