AGM 2026
The Bridge Club's 2026 AGM is on Sunday 22 November at 2pm
The Quorum for the AGM is 30 financial members so if the meeting doesn't meet that number the Club is unable make any decisions and we will all need to come back again!
The Committee - due to retirements the Club needs more members for the next committee. If you feel you have something to give to the Club and require help or guidance then can you please contact our President, Michael Davies, or one of the committee re the next steps. ▶ Selected Premium Trophies will be presented ( majority of the prizes are presented at session nights during the year )
◉ Members may submit for consideration any motions of which fourteen(14) days prior written or electronic notice has been given to the Secretary. Received requests will be displayed on the Club Notice Board and Club Web Site and an optional email can be included with information in sufficient detail to enable the intent of the motion to be identified and that the motion is not frivolous or vexatious;
◉ Members may also submit for consideration any business of which fourteen(14) days prior written or electronic notice has been given to the Secretary. The information pertinent to the request is to be displayed on the Club Notice Board and Web Site for the same period.
◉ Election of officers - nominations close 7 days prior to AGM on 15th November.
◉ Nominations for Election of Club Officers and Committee - Nominations for all positions need to be submitted on the forms found on the Club Notice Board or the Clubs website. A copy of the forms is available here

Planned timetable for the day -
▶ 2pm - 2025 / 2026 AGM
▶ At conclusion of the AGM prize presentations a session of social bridge runs until approx 5.30 - 6.00pm
▶ After bridge Christmas Dinner follows and concludes the event
Nominations forms received with the completed documentation - Incorporated Societies Act 2022 - IS22-CCO "Consent and certificate of officer" will be displayed on the Club Notice Board
