SGM Notice

Tuesday 15th September -

The SGM for Hamilton Bridge Club took place on 10 September 2024 @ 12.30pm with Tim Macindoe acting as chairperson

Item 2 - the motion re Approval for the new treasurer to vote at meetings was withdrawn

Item 3 - the motion re the Friday dated SGM was not voted on and lapsed

Item 1 - The Club requires a vote from the membership to progress the carpet replacement due to the cost

  The numbers of members at the meeting met the requirement for a quorum

  The meeting Chairperson after the presentations and time for questions raised a motion that a show of hands would be used
  to determine the result of voting on Item 1 which was passed unanimously

  The vote to approve the purchase the spending of the money to replace the carpet was taken with a show of hands and
  passed unanimously
