Well Done - UPDATED

Round 3 at Waitomo :
A good day for Hamilton - Pam Burns and Catherine Cameron placed 2nd , Irenee Stewart & Don MacPherson 5th and Hamilton's Aini Su with Te Puke's Marcus Dudley in 7th place

Te Awamutu - May
Hamilton's Aini Su with Te Puke's Marcus Dudley won the inaugural event in the Waikato Bays Restricted 3A Swiss League hosted by Te Awamutu last Saturday by a small margin from a chasing field - congratulations.

Overall
After 3 rounds Aini is in 3rd position overall with Catherine in 6th position.
Placings for all the participants in the 3A Swiss League // overall placings are found here

2 further rounds in September and October will complete the first year of Waikato Bays extension to the annual I-J Leagues programme.

The Hamilton Bridge Club acknowledges the passing of Nigel and extends sympathy to his family and friends

Nigel joined the Hamilton Club in early 2025, having previously been a member at the Waikato Club, playing here regularly on Tuesday afternoon and the O'Neill Room on Friday morning.

Nigel passed away after a short illness on 16th June.

A short event to remember Nigel's Life will be held in the Richmond Room at the Bridge Club and following a "meet the family" there will a short session of basic bridge and a catered afternoon tea.
This short service commences Wednesday 24 June at 1pm - all club members are welcome.
